Two programs are provided:
	1 topics2excel to convert a set of topic into an Excel sheet
	1 excel2topics to convert an Excel sheet into topics

---+++ excel2topics
	* *WARNING*: The =excel2topics= script is a very powerful tool. It can overwrite every topic in your web with a new version. Be careful what you are doing with this program.
	* You can use this tool to import topics that do not have a form attached to them at all. Just create a Excel sheet with a TEXT and a TOPIC column. The TEXT column contains the raw text of the topic while the TOPIC column contains the topic name.

---++ How it works
	1 Export by clicking [[%SCRIPTURL%/topics2excel/%WEB%/%TOPIC%][here]]
	1 Edit the Excel file
	1 Attach the Excel file to this topic with the name "<nop>%UPLOADFILE%"
	1 Import by clicking [[%SCRIPTURL%/excel2topics/%WEB%/%TOPIC%][here]]
	1 Check for the issues in the IssueTracker
