Detail

This is not necessarily a bug but let me report. CGI.pm provided by TWiki:Plugins/CgiContrib requires Perl 5.10 or higher to work. This is because CGI/File/Temp.pm in the package has "use parent ...", while parent.pm is not available on Perl 5.8 or earlier. Perl 5.8 having CGI.pm bundled, it's only a matter of removing lib/CGI.pm to work around. But Contrib being bundled with the latest release (as I understand), and TWiki:TWiki06x00/TWikiSystemRequirements says it works with Perl 5.8, it should be addressed in one way or another.

This issue needs to be resolved. Unfortunately Red Hat/CentOS is way behind, so we still need to support at least Perl 5.8.8.

We already ship CPAN/lib/CGI/File/Temp.pm, so if that is not up to date we should upgrade it.
