As of version 4.14 (2015-04-01), the Perl CGI module no longer supports the "-any" pragma. bin/configure line 184 must be updated to remove the pragma: 

foreach my $module ( 'FindBin', 'File::Spec', 'Config', 'CGI', ) {
    _loadBasicModule($module);
}
