When /cgi-bin/viewfile/WEB/TOPIC/FILE.EXT is processed rather than /cgi-bin/viewfile/WEB/TOPIC?filename=FILE.EXT, if FILE contains ( or ), viewfile causes an error because PATHINFO is processed regarding FILE as regular expression.
