I also upgraded to TinyMCE version 3.5.8 (the Foswiki import included just version 3.4.9).

This is now in SVN trunk.

At this time it is not feasible to upgrade to TinyMCE 4.0.6 because 4.x completely changed the plugins API and file structure. All plugins need to be rewritten. Migration guide: http://www.tinymce.com/wiki.php/Tutorial:Migration_guide_from_3.x
