In recent TWiki releases, the TWiki groups have the read-only skin mode activated. That means that all topic action links at the bottom are hidden from the user.

There needs to be a way to delete group topics. This is currently possible with the "More topic actions" item in the "View" pulldown menu, but it is kind of hidden. Better to add a delete link somewhere on the page?
