EditContrib doesn't work under twiki-core 5.1. "bin/savesection" and "bin/addsection" need changing for switchboard. And some subroutines like "TWiki::_expandAllTags, TWiki::Plugins::beforeCommonTagsHandler, TWiki::Plugins::beforeEditHandler" etc are missing, so related codes in "lib/TWiki/Contrib/EditContrib.pm" needs to be fixed accordingly. And a new file "lib/TWiki/Contrib/EditContrib/Include51.pm" is created for $TWiki:RELEASE greater than "TWiki-5.1.3".

Thanks Taojun! Could you build and upload the latest version to the Plugins web on TWiki.org? It's a simple ./build.pl upload. Please update also the "TestedOnTWiki" form field. If you want I can do the build & upload.
