Detail

The TopMenuSkin calls %TMPL:P{"activatable_edit_or_create"}% and %TMPL:P{"activatable_attach"}% in TWiki.TopMenuSkinTopBar. Links to edit/create/attach point to that topic instead of the current topic.

Reason: templates/viewtopicactionbuttons.tmpl uses %WEB% and %TOPIC% for actions.

Fix: Replace them with %BASEWEB% and %BASETOPIC%, respectively.
