I have noticed that when using the Beautifier plugin, if you are to re-open the code for editing in the WYSIWYG interface, the formatting (indentation) is lost.

Below is a fix I use to make sure the formatting is preserved. It works by wrapping the code in verbatim tags for editing and then removing them once editing has been completed.

Simply add the code to Twiki/Plugins/BeautifierPlugin.pm
