Detail

The html code generated by TablePlugin does not include <thead> or <tbody> tags. This makes it more difficult to tie JavaScript routines into parts of table (e.g. scrolling body code with fixed header rows.)

As this should be relatively simple to implement, and the gain high, I think it's more a Low than an Enhancement. No changes required to TABLE UI.

I believe this was taken out recently from the TablePlugin to fix a bug.
