EditTablePlugin claims to support the headerrows and footerrows params of TABLE. However, it doesn't actually do so. The JavaScript interface does restrict moving/deleting header or footer rows but EditTable is still happy to make one or more cells editable unless they are explicitly "locked" using ... .
