Internet Explorer shows that there are Javascript errors when it fails. It does not specify what the error is.

It works perfectly for me, on FF (Linux & Windows), IE and Safari (Windows).
i suspect this report is symptomatic of the missing attach.htm and attach.js (these have since been checked in). Can you please check?

I have the same error and I indeed. I checked it, I don't have the attach.htm or attach.js I updated my plugin today, and checked the .gz and .zip file too and cannot find this file. When Clicking on the icon I get an empty window pointing to /twiki/pub/TWiki/TinyMCEPlugin/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/twikibuttons/attach.htm

I took the attach.htm and attach.js from this site. When I added this to my server I get the plugin but:
- startup error: "There was a problem retrieving the attachments list: Internal Server Error"
- When uploading: There is also a errormessage "Internal Server Error" in the field
so to me there is more missing thant only those two files The log:

Confirmed fixed

Maybe fixed, but cannot check because not yet uploaded to the plugin site for older releases? Am I right? btw I am using 4.1.2 and the upgrade shows still date 24 nov. Or won't it be available for the 4.1.2 anymore?

It'll still work with 4.1.2; I'll upload later today, probably.
