Detail

Redirect STDOUT and STDERR to a log file for easy result gathering.

For example,

perl ../bin/TestRunner.pl -log Fn_GROUPS.pm

should caputre output in a log file without needing shell-specific redirects (which are a PITA in DOS)

-- TWiki:Main/CrawfordCurrie - 23 Aug 2007

Found an interesting feature of sanbox while I was doing this; the sandbox is in fact a global singleton, and is not specific to each individual TWiki request. This wasn't clear from the code, and banjaxed me for a while.

There's a lingering problem with redirecting STDERR, because perl open doesn't like redirecting to /dev/null (for reasons unknown) on Linux.
