New patternskin has caused the user form in user topics in Main to display the form both at the top and the bottom
This is observed on a new virgin installation where I register the first user and have no
UserForm in the Main web.
Release blocker
Does this also affect the many user defined view forms people will have created in 4.0 and 4.1?
Will they now also experience forms at the bottom even though they are using a view template?

How can I test this? I installed TWikiUserMappingContrib and now I get the error
Form definition 'TWiki.UserForm' not found
in any newly created user topic.

That is another bug I raised. To fix this one without waiting for the other simply hack the user topic so the %25SYSTEMWEB%25 becomes TWiki.

This one should be possible to address now. In fact it should be simple to address for the skin experts

For info - this is also the case on the twiki.net skin.

Removed the lower form in UserViewTemplate.

.. which broke
ClassicSkin
Removed general UserViewTemplate from
TWikiUserMappingContrib, and put Pattern and Classic versions in place.
This will make other skins like QuickMenuSkin less prone to failure if they have no template for user topics defined.
