Pattern Skin edit window buttons do not look good

I am talking about the 4 small buttons for resizing and changing style.

It is only in Internet Explorer I see this. It really does not look good. Must be fixed and therefore urgent.

I have tested this on windows Explorer. Which version do you see this? Also the "Add form" button should not have a black outline.

IE6 which is what we all use here at the office.

And I see it on more than one machine. Both here and at home.
