Detail

If the {SafeEnvPath} is defined, then TWiki sets $ENV{PATH} to "/bin;/usr/bin" - which is fine on UNIX, but useless on Windows. You don't find this out until GREp mysteriously fails, because it is looking for something on the path (in C:\windows\system32 to be precise)

configure should be smarter about this setting. it should only set the default on UNIX.

-- TWiki:Main/CrawfordCurrie - 29 Jun 2007

Fixed in configure and in the code.
