Problem

A minor one IMHO. It affects the consistency of URL. When the User sets TWIKIREGISTRATION,

   * Set TWIKIREGISTRATION = Web.RegistrationForm

The URL is displayed as http://domain.tld/bin/view/Web.RegistrationForm

It only affects %USERACTIONS% anywhere else is fine.

Fixed for consistency. Patch is attached.
