Removing this means the translation files now has 250 strings that is obsolete.
They should be removed, or transferred to
NatSkin as optionals.

There should not be Nat skin strings in the po file IMHO when it is not a default skin.
The i18n stuff is already slowing down TWiki as it is.
They should be in the Nat skin.
How do we get them removed without causing a new round with translators.
And why the heck were they added in the first place????

I have rerun the translations, so the
NatSkin strings are gone now (they are in r12382 for later retrieval).
I think Antonio mentioned that he was trying to think of a scheme to allow for translations to skins being done in the same proces as the release translations, while separating the deliverables properly (i.e. preventing skins from entering the distribution build).
But we should keep things seperate until then.
