In the templates

edit.natedit.tmpl
editjavascript.natedit.tmpl
preview.natedit.tmpl
view.plain.nat.tmpl
view.print.nat.tmpl
nat skin uses the following include construct:
%TMPL:INCLUDE{"view.pattern"}%
or similar. From the spec it is not clear that this should actually work. It would be just as good to have just view here, as the pattern specific template would be found anyway due to the skin. The specification is unclear here, but it seems to me to be a mistake in the templates. -- TW

Incidentally, that was the reason for the problem this morning when resolving Item2907.

If this usage is desired to differentiate templates, e.g., when cover is used, that should be documented in Templates.pm.

However, this does not seem to be a good idea, as there will be no way of overriding such template in the user topics.

I removed most hard-coded tmpl:includes. Only a few are left where I really want this other template to be included outside of the normal tmpl path. So this is not an issue any more.
