Calendar popup window in TWiki 4.0.2 is hidden in the following browsers: Firefox, Opera, Konqueror

Within a clean 4.0.1 installation, this bug does not occur.

Calendar is working from MSIE.

You should add

z-index:100;

to Your stylesheets for all
