I found the expanding section interaction style confusing. At first I thought I was going to a different page when I merely expanded a section. The hierarchical structure of the page is not at all visually evident. How about putting a familiar little "+" to the left of the unexpanded section titles and slightly indenting the expanded section?

That would indeed reduce confusion. I think the accordion style is not the best interface we could make.
