Attributes like tableborder and tableframe are totally ignored now.
See the 5 examples below that all produce very different tables in Cairo

I have several complaints from different users now. It is an often used feature.
If you look at the table in Classic skin - it works so this is in combination with
PatternSkin.

Are you sure you want ugly tables?
But ok, I've removed the
border-collapse:collapse
because that made borders wider than 1 pixel impossible.
And I would like to have kept one pixel borders between cells, but without
border-collapse:collapse
these borders become 2 px wide. So better without any line at all and to use cellspacing of 1. All compromises.
SVN 8814.

This issue comes up every now and then in intervals of aproximately 4-6 months and this change in one or the other
direction. All compromises, yes.
The poor
TablePlugin needs a rewrite not to generate html markup but use styles: local styles are stronger than
skin styles and thus full control would be back.
