The "You are here:", at the top of the twiki page, has an reference for the web and it must be an link for the WebHome.
But if the Web name is an WikiName it will try to link for a topic whith the web name and not for the web start topic.
This problem hapen in this case:
You are here: TWiki > Web SuporteLivre? > WebHome
At this site:
http://twiki.softwarelivre.org/bin/view/SuporteLivre
It looks OK to me on that site. I suspect it's because your internationalised '[_1] Web' string ended up putting a space in from of the web name. From

I think we can't expect so much from translators. Also putting artificial <nop/>'s in tr5nslation files would mix two things that should be orthogonal.
We, when writing templates, have to know that phrase elements
will have a different order in translations. I'm changing this back to
