When I press EDIT on an existing bug with IE I get a page with very little info and no form visible.

Seems there is some incompatible Javascript added recently or something.

It is incredible so many bugs I keep on opening related to IE not working with new features. People should test their changes with IE and not only Firefox before committing changes to Javascript or style sheet changes.

Your generalization might be right, but before jumping to conclusions here, these are things you can test quite easily. For example by disabling javascript in your browser and see what happens.

On Safari this doesn't make a difference. So I guess its not the javascript.

It is caused by brackets in the html that should not be there, see Item1183. I have just copied the html code to a local file, and removed parts one by one to see what was causing the bug. It is the malformed html around the TWiki logo alt tag and the signature.

Duplicate to 1183, apparently. Discarded. CC
